Memento Mori...

Life - Death
Love - Hate
Day - Night
Good - Evil
Weak - Strong
Close - Far
Happiness - Sadness
Friend - Enemy
Pleasure - Pain

It's hard to believe that we live in a perfect balanced world.
From one end to the other.
Between good and evil.
Between light and darkness.
Between happiness and sadness.
Between pleasure and pain.
Lovers and enemies.
Closer to something and further from something else.

Our life like a line...better said like a circle. Perfect rotation from 0 to 360 degrees and back. Always running around, trying to catch we don't even know what until we run out of time and we get to the end. Like a torch that burns into ashes. Like a candle that burns itself into darkness.

Is it easier to deal with the pain when you know there will be happiness afterwards? Is it easier to accept the end when you know there will be a new beginning? Here on earth, in heaven or anywhere else outside our world?

Why do we need to explore the space? Because we have run out of answers in our small universe... because we still haven't found answers to our primordial questions... because we still hope there is something or someone above everything else - the ultimate meaning to our mortal existence?

Why do we need to die? To get a fresh new start in another world or a different universe?

Or is it because our loved ones are gone from this world and we need to catch up with them, running from one life to the other for hundreds or thousands of years so we can catch them.

What if they disappear without a trace. How will we know where to find them and how will we recognize them? Is their soul-print encoded in our DNAs? Is that what soul-mates really are?
